feat(fiction-assistance): register plugin with full bespoke command set

Snapshot of the fiction-assistance plugin in its original Universalis-
specific form before generalization. Adds the missing plugin.json
manifest (subdirectory command paths explicitly listed), moves the two
stray root-level review files into their proper homes (review-all.md
into the reviewing-fiction skill, review-final.md as a command with
frontmatter), and registers the plugin in the marketplace.

Preserved here so the original card-generation and vault-maintenance
commands remain recoverable when the plugin is reduced to a portable
guidance-and-analysis subset in the next commit.

Load and thoroughly examine a compiled PDF manuscript through the browser MCP to validate formatting quality and identify
potential issues. Specifically:
1. Navigate through the PDF document systematically, checking:
- Title page and table of contents formatting
- Chapter and scene header styling
- Page numbering and transitions
2. Examine text formatting throughout the prologue section, looking for:
- Proper line wrapping and text flow
- Correct display of italicized text
- Appropriate paragraph spacing and breaks
3. Pay special attention to monospace content (AI dialogue and code blocks):
- Verify monospace font renders correctly
- Check that AI dialogue doesn't break awkwardly mid-sentence
- Ensure large code blocks maintain proper formatting and indentation
4. Scan for formatting anomalies including:
- Unexpected characters or symbols
- Text overflow or truncation issues
- Font inconsistencies
- Layout problems
5. Document findings and assess overall formatting quality, noting any issues that need correction in the compilation process or CSS styling.
The goal is to ensure the PDF version maintains professional manuscript formatting suitable for distribution, with particular focus on preserving the specialized formatting requirements for AI dialogue and technical content blocks.
