You are analyzing scenes from a science fiction novel to create species cards.

Scan the files in the `00 - Manuscript/` directory and identify all story species (alien races, AI types, etc.).

With EACH species found:

Update (or create, if needed) the species card in `40 - Generated/Species/{species_name}.md` for use in Obsidian.

Use wiki-style links (`[[file.md]]` or `[[file.md|display name]]`) when referencing manuscript chapters or other files in `40 - Generated/` such as characters, locations, species, etc.  This applies in the frontmatter and in the Markdown below it.

Extract factual information ONLY from the scenes. Do not invent or infer details not explicitly stated in the text.

ALWAYS update the card to match the current format.
