Snapshot of the fiction-assistance plugin in its original Universalis- specific form before generalization. Adds the missing plugin.json manifest (subdirectory command paths explicitly listed), moves the two stray root-level review files into their proper homes (review-all.md into the reviewing-fiction skill, review-final.md as a command with frontmatter), and registers the plugin in the marketplace. Preserved here so the original card-generation and vault-maintenance commands remain recoverable when the plugin is reduced to a portable guidance-and-analysis subset in the next commit. description: Update location cards

You are analyzing scenes from a science fiction novel to create location cards.
Scan the files in the `00 - Manuscript/` directory and identify all story locations (planets, ships, stations, cities, rooms, etc.).
With EACH location found:
Update (or create, if needed) the location card in `40 - Generated/Locations/{location_name}.md` for use in Obsidian.
Use wiki-style links (`[[file.md]]` or `[[file.md|display name]]`) when referencing manuscript chapters or other files in `40 - Generated/` such as characters, locations, species, etc. This applies in the frontmatter and in the Markdown below it.
Extract factual information ONLY from the scenes. Do not invent or infer details not explicitly stated in the text.
ALWAYS update the card to match the current format.
Use the following structure:
```yaml
---
type: location
name: [full name]
aliases: [list, of, location, aliases]
tags: [location, generated]
location_type: [planet/ship/station/city/room/facility]
parent_location: [larger location this is within]
appearances: [list, of, chapter, filenames]
characters_present: [list, of, characters, who, appear, here]
created: {{first_date}}
modified: {{current_date}}
---
```
